It's blog time,

I have neglected the blog very much, probably because no one really uses it and/or I feel like I'm getting this out to no one?

Anyhow, blog time ;)

So, where can I even begin ey?

Firstly, I have just today realised how certain things are getting out of my control and it's stressing me.

Typically money is the main stress for me, looking for work has never been harder and I am in a lazy phase right now.

I just wish I could just click my fingers and I'd be working and not stressing.

Infact, just thinking about it more now, money is the only stress.

Every stress I have, will come back to money or have a tight relation to it.

So I have decided to tighten my belt and start a healthy routine.

And I gotta be persistant in this. It might be a hard time, but it just becomes harder when rolling over and giving up.

Tonight, I'm gonna start by correcting my shitty sleep patterns. No more 3 - 5am bed times, even if Bree is keeping me up with killer msn convo's ;).

On another note, I have been thinking alot about the future of UAP (Under Attack Promotions).

At this stage, I have not done much work for it and frankly am not motivated too much.

There currently is no incentive to keep me at it, no money comes from it, more money/time has gone into making what it is.

In all honesty, if UAP has gained me anything, it's a little bit more status. But, that doesn't mean much.

At the moment, there is only two ways it will go.

Either UAP collapses or gets picked up by someone, which has various meanings.

So, I guess out of everything these days, those are the main negs.

However, life isn't all bad, infact for me, it's going pretty awesome.

For starters, I have the greatest friends around me right now.

'gows are still the greatest people I know and the people I will always respect the most.

They've always given me lols and chats.

Although I feel things are changing within us, but we are still tight as hell.

However, there is waaaaaay more people who have been awesome right now.

Way too many for me to name everyone, but I can name the "groups" etc haha.

Such as,

The BTRT kids + the crew usually with them,

The Belgrave peepz,

Ringwood people,

Reach/Awakening kids,

That Alfred Hospital Nurse ;) ;),

Reign/Immortality guildies (Yes, I just thanked my guild on warcraft, what of it? haha),

Judge Judy,

And my childhood buddies =).

There is alot more people, but too individually name them would take too long and I doubt anyone would read it haha.

But these people make me so incredibly happy and I respect everyone of them.

So that would sum up that pretty much.

I've also been going into another music craze/binge over the past months.

Like you know you have like maybe a month or two, where you can't get enough and you go looking for new artists/sounds.

Then you're set music wise for a bit and you start thinking less of it. =\

If that made ANY sense.

Anyhow, I've started getting a fair bit into the Electro/Ambient sounds.

Not so much like straight out just Electro or Ambient, more so bands that involve those hah.

Like, I See Stars, Attack Attack!, Handshakes & High Fives, We Came As Romans, Sky Eats Airplane, The Word Alive, In Fear And Faith, One Morning Left, Into The Ocean and a few more.

Really starting to dig it!

I've also since this phase been practising alot more guitar/bass and music in general.

I started a solo band project, which is pretty much songs I've written on Guitar Pro and transcoded from midi's to mp3's.

Maybe one day, I'll get proper recording or turn it into something more.

But for now, it's an outlet for creativity for me.

So, that's pretty much what I do when I get bored now hah.

Apart from that, I've been playing a fair bit of games.

Even though my WoW time ran out, I been playing zelda series again haha.

I'm going through Wind Waker again, too easy though.

Started like 2 days ago and already upto the last finding the triforce fragments =\.

They definitely needed to make the game longer or something, like the game has a good concept behind it, just needs to be bigger and harder.

Difficulty modes would be awesome haha.

So yeeee, that's about it for me now!

My Cat Is Officially a Retard LOL.

Certainly am bored and a few peepz have asked to explain the story more.

So for those totally oblivious to it, here it is.

So my cat is one of those real energetic/adventurous cats.

That one.

Anyway, so in my room there is a gap between the back of my draws and the wall, due to the tv. See below.

Now to show you how small the gap is,

Anyway, so my cat was bored and jumps on top of my draw and starts looking down the gap as if it was thinking "Holy shit, never been there before!".

As you saw in those photo's, once your down there, the only way out, is alot of effort from me =\.

Anyway, so my cat decides 'what the hell, I got 9 lives. Might aswell live a little bit.' and jumps into this gap. LOLOL.

Funniest thing I've seen in a while, it's like you know as she jumped down there, she immediately regreted her decision.

As soon as she was in there, she started meowing, so I had to start moving stuff, like my cd racks. See below.

So I moved them out.

And so, she can now easily get out.

But, instead of coming out. She looks directly across at the filing cabinet, as you can see in the photo.

And she see's there is an even SMALLER gap behind there.

Not only that, my filing cabinet has no backing, so she could enter into it, through the back. See below.

So she darts across and like somehow squeezed into there so quick.

So at this point she is IN my filing cabinet. On the bottom big draw.

So, I had to take ALL of the draws out, to get to her.

Finally took out all the draws and as my dog demonstrates how I found her.

So, got her out finally and put her outside, seeing as though, she will definitely do the same again LOL. I know it.

And that's the end, it was quite the saga.

Such a Good Mood.

First blog in forever,

So the past few days, have been outrageously epic.

Last Friday was Soundwave and it was so awesome.

So many people there, I got to see and bands.

In my opinion the best band of the day is a tie between Emery and From First To Last.

FFTL blew me away, I thought they would literally suck balls without sonny.

But, they were really really good and the pit was pretty good for them.

Emery were amazing and tight as always, the pit went maaaaad for Walls.

Then saturday after SW, I rested my legs at home, then had people over at mine and my cousin was there.

Who was down from Coffs Harbour, which was pretty cool.

And then this week has been so awesome itself. Friday night I went over to Jess's, which was so awesome, we watched movies, had mad chats.

Then yesterday, Me and Nik decided to goto Eastland, so we got a lift with Coffey, Kane and Tim.

We had stuff to eat, so awesome kids and then we chilled at Eastland for a fair few hours.

Then, we left to the station with CJ, Emma, Milky, Dick and Kira.

Waited for the train, then me, nik and milky got the flinders train.

Me and Nik got off at Heatherdale Station to goto Sam's.

The walk there, we had so good chats and it reminded me of the old days.

Catching trains places and walking to parties, instead of driving car haha.

We got to Sam's, had some lols, then me and nik left for the train.

We waited at heatherdale at like 8:30 or something for a train, listening to the polyphonic covers of I Get Knocked Down LOLOL.

Then, we got on the train and I got off at Mooroolbark and Nik went home.

I walked to see Shah with Keely and Brooke, stayed there till like 1am.

Was so good, so many rofls, I was in stitches alot.

Now today, I have been organising Plastic tonight =).

Gonna be sooooo good.

Then going to play Wii with Jess tomorrow night, I am in such a good mood.

Nothing can take me down right now, this is my moment.

Bored & Thinking

So, I've been bored and doing nothing this past 2 - 3 hours haha.

Even warcraft is boring right now.

But, for the last 2 hours I've been doing some mega thinking about me.

And I gotta say, I really do miss the old days, I know I can never go back to them, but I have ignored some of the people who gave me the best time in my life so far.

I miss the very first days when i went to the city with Calvin, Kane, Petie, Clarky, Joey, Adam, Dave, Tony, etc and just doing whatever.

They always had a party we could goto and they were always good parties.

And they were sick as people, who would watch you and make sure you were safe.

Really, really awesome and true friends.

My favourite moments with them are the allnighter's, then I can never ever ever forget the Knox party on christmas eve '05 or '06, i think it was '05.

I remember we rocked upto that party and I remember me, tony and joey having a competition to see who could get the most mack.

Joey pretty much got stuck on andrea the whole night, so it was just me and tony.

And I remember macking that girl who had just came to the party and turned out she had a bf, who was there LOL.

Then he was looking for a guy called "Eddy", that joey mistakively said my name to him.

Then he asked and said "Are you the eddy that just kissed my girl?" Then Joey stepped in and was all "Nah man, I said Eddy with the lip ring, he has a stud see." HAHA.

He saved my ass that night.

I remember the macca's cups of goon with all them.

I remember Kane drank too much and passed out hahaha.

Then the place kinda got trashed and some people apparently had sex in their pantry LOLOL.

So we all got driven to Knox, except kane. He was allowed to stay, cause he couldnt move without throwing up hahaha.

Then we got to Knox and we all ventured around and got some lol as shots.

Some were taken before the party too.

Also, notice the dude in the red and black striped shirt giving the finger.

Okay, so no one knew him LOLOL. He was some random that just tagged along with us hahahaha.

Now I look at that picture and how he is trying to look brutal and I can only picture him there saying "Greendaii OwNz Y3R bAnD" hahaha.

So after knox, we got chased for ages hahaha, we were all slightly loling and shitting ourselves.

Then we got cornered down some street and they get out of the car with baseball bats.

Then they were like "Ahhh, we got you good haha".

Turns out Petie or someone knew them hahaha.

So that was a relief.

Then we walked for hours trying to find a station and after like 6 hours or so maybe of walking.

We found belgrave station I think, or along that line.

But when we were on the train, we went past along where we walked and apparently we walked past soo many stations HAHA.

How ironic,

And I remember Joey snipping pubes and putting them on the randy guys head while he slept HAHA.

And yeah that was it for that.

And then when we stopped hanging out as much, I started hanging out with more city kids.

Now the thing with these city kids is they were awesome and fun, but they would always change.

Who ever was there one day, may never be there the next.

But, the kids who stayed around for ages were kids i'll never forget.

Drone, Pete, Brent, Sheen, Wade, Macca, Lala, Nathan, Jizzy, Rachel, Jess, etc.

They were good kids, yet again parties galore or just chill with them in the city.

It was good, if I was ever bored at home and just goto the city and someone would be there.

Those were good days, there was always something to do, whenever you wanted.

Then it moved onto the next group of kids, which mostly involved kids from school.

Fingers, Nik, Ben, Emily, Helena, Walsh, Craig, Joel, Brooke, Cassie, Mel.

Seriously from this group I met the greatest kids alive.

Nik and Fingers are still the best people I have ever met in my life.

I'm glad I met them and still hang out with them.

However, I dont get to see other kids as much, I miss them to bites too.

I just remember in those days, we'd always catch the 10:44 train into the city every saturday, last carriage.

We'd chill in the park or whatever, was always fun.

Then we'd most likely find a party or head back to the borics and chill at theirs.

Seriously, Milgrove chills is amongst the best times I've ever had.

I remember no one eating the pancakes that Ben and Emily's mum cooked, so I started eating heaps and heaps of them and had massive chats to their mum.

Was so awesome.

I remember them having a goat, I remember the parties there.

It was just such a good place to go and space out.

Then kinda inbetween that and the start of gows.

Was the eastland kids, who were awesome as hell.

I have to say, this was my own prime in life.

This is where I felt the most respected and acknowledged.

I loved the fact that no matter where I went in Eastland I'd see atleast 3 - 5 people.

I think one of my favourite moments was going christmas shopping for parentals with my sister.

And as we were walking, who would walk around the corner, but Ella, Shezzi, Caitie and Kirsty Anne who had all gotten off school haha.

And I remember them seeing me and running like a freaking mob and tackling me literally onto the floor and my sister had to jump out of the way.

And I remember still on the same shop I literally was seeing everyone and it got to the point where my sister said to me "Omg, how many people do you know?".

And I know, it sounds completely up myself, but it gave me self esteem and made me feel good inside to know there was always people around for me.

Which, I lack self esteem heaps and my whole life, I wasnt the absolute popular kid, I would have to work to get friends.

But, at this stage of life, I didnt have to work at getting friends, people started wanting to meet me and I was known as The Reject Shop kid haha, I may have worked there.

And this was something that I had never had before in my life.

And it felt so good to have so many friends.

I still remember a couple days later after that eastland trip, I went with a couple mates, Coffey and Kane.

And we we're walking down the same section when I got tackled and who should walk around the corner again, but the same girls, minus Ella.

Fortunately this time, I was more prepared and there was no tackling haha.

But it was still so ily.

Then, somewhere in between this stage I had my 18th party, which is the best party I have ever thrown.

So many ily kids at my house and it was one of the greatest nights of my life.

And so many people to this day talk of the party.

It was the party, that everyone aims for, a party packed with the best people, the best ratio and the best moodz.

I'd post pictures again, but not a fan of this uploading system haha.

Then after my 18th, was the stage when we started hanging out with the taylors lakes girls heaps, Mel, Brooke and Cassie.

Mel and her sleepovers, which we're awesome.

Countless lols we had,

B-B-B-Bonus, Speeeed Round, Socksie, the cheeseburgers, I'll hold your hair, etc haha.

Good nights.

Then after this stage, was when everyone either got fake id's or turned 18.

Then we all started going to Bang, Next and Plastic alot.

And sleeping in spencer street station elevator's.

This was pretty fun, until people started negging.

Then, after that, it all really just disappeared.

Everyone started growing up and changing and moving on.

Like in the space of 3 months I'd say, it took for it all to change.

And then, you would only see people here and there and there was alot of new faces.

Kind of a new wave of kids, that we didnt know.

Then Fing got his license and a car.

Then thats when me, him and nik started hanging out.

Driving to kids houses, parties, generally driving, etc.

Then through Awakening, we met Jason and out of lols fing said to him "Dude, you are so lol. You gotta chill with us more.".

Then he did and we adopted him into our car LOL.

So then it was us 4, going from here and there seeing kids.

Now, to be completely honest, out of this I have met the 3 best mates.

But, in all honesty, we don't goto as many parties or see as many people as, I once did back in the day.

People pretty much stopped having parties and stuff.

People started becoming more about close close friends, rather then amounts of people.

Which is real good to be, but at the same time, you dont meet as many people that way.

Therefor, you miss out on more people that could be completely awesome.

These days it's alot about going to gigs or just seeing people who are either ily or ihy.

I am being completely honest when I say I miss the old days.

However, lately I have been speaking to more kids from back in the day and restarting those once golden friendships.

I've been seeing and hanging with some of the awesome people from the day.

I hope that my '09 will be a year I can remember again.

My new years resolution is to gain all those friends back and be able to have the connections again.

Lately, I have noticed some friends being really weird and secretive, so it's being a trust issue at the moment.

I want all my friends to be honest and not hide what they are doing, etc.

If they don't, then I will more then likely grow further from them, they are just bringing me down, having to worry about whether I'm trusted or not.

So, I think the key point was me wanting the old days back.

I think I've written the biggest blog on here yet hahaha.

Live, Love, Die.

I haven't written for ages,

So I thought I'd give it a good writing today.

So, this blog would be the first for '09.

New Years Party was insane!

Although mine got cancelled, due to circumstances.

But, we went to my brother's back up party, wasnt too great.

So me, fing and nik went to Ruki's/Justin from BTRT's party in Launching Place.

Now the original plan was to visit 4 parties that night.

But, as soon as we reached Ruki's, we all fell in love and stayed the whole night there hahaha.

It was an epic party, with epic people.

So Thanks heaps to Ruki for the invites!

Since New Years,

I had my Warcraft account hacked and the guy transfered my 80 gnome lock to another server =S.

And he changed my password and email to the account.

So I had to ring blizzard up and question them about it. Fortuantly the dude I got was so awesome, he was like a proud young patriotic american named Steve LOL.

And I told him my story how I got hacked and he was all "What an asshole! Let's get this gold farming whore!" fuck I loved this dude hahaha. We had lolz on the phone, then I got my account back.

Then I had to file a transfer abuse webform to get my lock back to our server.

Now I did that on Friday 2nd of January, I only just got my lock and his gear/gold back yesterday.

It's a bit slow, ey? LOL.

On the plus side, having the lock back is so so relieving! haha.

Besides WoW,

Not much else has happened. Well, on a slight side note, I got In Fear And Faith's new album "Your World On Fire".

Best album I have had in a long time! haha, it's seriously so so good.

Best songs would be 'The Taste of Regret' and 'Live Love Die'.

So, it's pretty much been on repeat for a while haha.

Yep, indeed haha.

Oh and also on the 3rd, gows minus Jason went to some Warrendyte Creek and tested out the inflatable boat LOLOL.

And last night was epic, saw Kellie and Bec for like the first time in FOREVER.

Was so so good, ily'd every moment.

Then me and bec went for a sweeeeet as car ride to pick my brother up.

UAP's getting a face lift ;)

Eyyy!

So I have been slaving the past night and day to create a new myspace layout for Under Attack Promotions (www.myspace.com/underattackpromotions).

Pretty much, I am sick of the old layout and over time with myspace constantly changing their strings, attributes, etc.

That it called for a new layout and esspecially with the new year/season ahead.

Why not?

So, if you have seen the current/old layout, then you can follow me in my explanation.

Pretty much, I wanted the new layout to be more functional/interactive, easier to navigate and easier to change things when needed.

So I completely scraped all the past code/style and started fresh.

One of the main things I wanted was a better Artist Feature.

With the old one, Artist of the Month meant their song as profile song for a month.

Oh and a link, it was nothing bands could look forward too.

So with this new one I revamped it.

Now, when they get Feature Artist, they get one whole section for them.

Which has, their name, band photo, band bio, player and complete linkage.

And it's been put right at the top.

Now, that's something band's can get amped about =)

The next feature I worked on was how the flyers worked.

Originally it has been a maximum of 4 flyers (2 UAP supported and 2 Non Supported) showing on the front page.

Now this wasn't a good system when it came to having a bundle of flyers.

Which meant they'd only get promo closer to the date of their gig.

So what I did this time is wrote up a Marquee for them.

So on the left side, it will automatically scroll through all flyers.

This allows everyone to have the chance to be seen.

I am still working on other things.

But, the biggest thing would be the style change.

I am hoping to have this all perfected and due for release either on Jan 1 or Xmas day.

Thursday now, ey?

Fairly awesome =)

Last night was fairly awesome, drove and saw Emma.

Then went and saw Kurt & Renee, which was good to still catch up and had all of our lol's.

Then went and saw Shaun, we chatted for a fair bit, which was cool.

Came home and went to bed at 10:30pm, had my phone next to me, waiting on Ashlyn to call haha.

Which I fell asleep and missed her call =O! gay as haha.

So, now I'm up, had peanut butter sandwiches, watching Dr Phil again LOL and now behind my pc again.

Interesting to see, what goes on for the rest of the day haha.

Dr. Phil is talking about rape too.

So I'm gonna go watch more.
